In the closed warehouse of the terminal it is possible to store metal products:

Square meters: 15,000 m2
Cranes: 8 pcs with a max. lifting capacity of 25 MT
Handling freight wagons: 8 wagons simultaneously
Handling capability: reinforcing steel rolls/packages, steel pipes, sheet steel rolls/packages
Handling volume: max. 50,000 tons per month

 

Goods storage

To store goods PKT has at its disposal over 7,5 ha, accommodating open as well as 30 000 m2 of closed warehouses. Closed warehouses are asphalt-covered PVC halls where it is possible to store different bulk goods as well as other packaged goods that need to be protected from weather conditions. Regarding open storage sites, we have sites with a hard surface (concrete, asphalt) as well as with a gravel surface. In cooperation with Exmet OU, we are also able to store different metal products.

 

 

Vessel handling possibilities

PK Terminal has two quays where we can simultaneously handle up to 3 vessels – the length of quay 6A is 183 m and has a depth of 10.7 m, the length of quay 7 is 310 m and has a depth of 14.2 m (EH2000).

Port terminal

At the port terminal there are over 12,000 m2 of open warehouse sites for the storage of goods.

PK Terminal and port

PK Terminal OÜ concluded a cooperation agreement with AS Tallinna Sadam for the construction of the terminal in Muuga Harbour for handling and storing round wood, bulk and metal products. From 2019 we service vessels at the port terminal and handle various goods in open and closed warehouses. PK Terminal consists of an experienced and well-motivated team, uses modern and fast-loading equipment to provide services, and provides innovative solutions for customers in the logistics of goods.
